Thailand’s labour coalition will petition the prime minister on July 21, warning that the CARE pension formula could reduce benefits for workers insured under Section 33.

The Cabinet yesterday approved in principle five organic laws under the new Social Security Act (Amendment number 4) 2015, as proposed by the Labour Ministry. These organic laws will be passed on to the Office of Council of State for further procedure.
